Adrian Herr is a commercial manager with 15-plus years of commercial and contractual experience. His in-depth expertise includes NEC, JCT, and bespoke contracts and covers a diverse range of construction sectors, including oil and gas, commercial, residential, and infrastructure, with a particular focus on civil engineering. He is skilled in all aspects of post-contract commercial management and quantity surveying, including claims and disputes. He has extensive experience managing change, claims, and disputes on high-value major infrastructure NEC projects, and expertise in pre-contract commercial management tendering, contract agreements, and managing commercial teams. He also offers valuable planning skills in change and claims and is experienced in using P6, particularly relevant to NEC projects.

Nathan Burman is a project control and planning professional with 20-plus years of experience in the rail, civil, power generation, and water industries. An expert in the NEC form of contract, he advises on project and program strategy to ensure contractors and subcontractors can demonstrate impacts and recover real-time and cost. He champions the change function on projects for multiple clients and is influential in driving positive organisational changes. His opinion and leadership are invaluable. Nathan has led planning teams on several high-profile infrastructure projects and has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex problems using experience gained from multidisciplinary projects.

Will Luck is a commercial manager, chartered surveyor and accredited NEC project manager with 20-plus years experience working in both main contracting and subcontracting skilled in all aspects of commercial management and quantity surveying. He has extensive experience in leading change, claims, and dispute resolution on complex, high-value complex NEC infrastructure projects as well as other commercial management and procurements roles within this sector.  Will has well rounded experience in a diverse set of construction contracts covering an equally diverse set of construction sectors, including civil engineering, MEP, LUL works, commercial, mixed-use schemes, health, education, and residential.

Maher is a civil engineer with a Master’s in Construction Project and Cost Management. He is currently engaged in the Thames Tideway Tunnel East Project in London—an NEC option C contract—where he is successfully assisting with contract administration and change management. He is committed to fostering collaboration, addressing complex challenges, and ensuring the seamless progression of projects within the construction industry.

Andrew Farid is a civil engineer with a Master's in construction project management and is highly skilled in Primavera. He has a wide range of experience gained from working on diverse projects, from hospitals and residential buildings to multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Anna Francis is a civil engineer with a Master’s in construction project management who is highly regarded by our clients who work with her. Having transitioned from site management to planning, Anna has a detailed understanding of construction logistics and dedicates herself to ensuring she has a complete grasp of all aspects of the pre-construction and construction stages of the projects she supports. Anna has good knowledge of the NEC form of contract and puts this into practice drafting and responding to contractual correspondence on behalf of our clients alongside successfully developing and managing clause 31 and 32 programmes on tier 2 works for HS2.

Natalie Maguire is our office manager. She handles all administrative responsibilities behind the scenes, including accounts, social media and website management, and event planning. Takwa Bosnina is a civil engineer with experience working on the HS2 project. She is skilled in Primavera P6, Aphex, and MS Project, ensuring project plans align with key milestones. Takwa is dedicated to precise planning and fostering effective team collaboration.

Aysha is a civil engineer in the final year of her Bachelor’s Civil Engineering degree. She previously has 3 years of experience in Structures Maintenance, Structures Design and Highways Design sectors. Aysha has extensive experience in the design and construction stages of culvert strengthening, load design, highway layouts, post foundations, bridge design and local highway panel schemes. She also has extensive experience using AutoCAD and Structural Analysis systems. Currently involved with NEC4 Contracts, she is actively working towards implementing NEC clauses into practice. She is extending her skillset by using Primavera P6 planning software, alongside gaining commercial expertise.

Elio D’Alessandro is a project planning and control engineer with over 6 years of experience in the profession and has gained a varied amount of experience working in Highways, Oil & Gas, Government, Telecommunications and Rail sectors. Beginning his career with an apprenticeship in planning, he is skilled in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project with a solid understanding of the NEC form of contracts and clauses. He has excellent communication skills, is comfortable working alone or as part of a team, has a good commercial acumen and can be relied upon to ensure contract management processes are adhered to in a confident manner. Elio has the capability of developing, maintaining, and reviewing programmes making sure that programmes are contract and client compliant. He is a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM).

Matthew is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. He has a year of hands-on experience working on the Heathrow Maintenance Framework, where he managed the NEC suite of contracts, including Options A and E. Known for his attention to detail and strong technical skills, Matthew ensures projects are delivered efficiently and in line with contract requirements.
